Intas and Accord at Cheers4U
Intas and Accord recently participated in Cheers4U, Spain’s largest team-building event with a social impact, for the second consecutive year. Held at the Montmeló Moto Circuit, Cheers4U is an annual gymkhana that promotes interaction with people of various ages with intellectual disabilities, who lead and motivate each challenge.
This fun-filled environment encourages strategic behavior, strengthens team cohesion, and promotes competitiveness among participants, whether from the same company or different ones, as it is an inter-company competition aimed at winning. Despite the competitive environment, Cheers4U’s motto is: “In this team building, everyone wins!”
Intas and Accord’s team secured an impressive 5th place out of more than 40 teams, with only five teams completing all challenges. The main goal was to enjoy the day and to witness the joy and excitement of the “judges.”
