Based on the dossier from INTAS Pharmaceuticals, Kyowa Kirin has already submitted an NDA (New Drug Application) to the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, for marketing approval of Mitomycin-C, as a topical ophthalmic drug for use in glaucoma surgery in Japan.
Intas Pharmaceuticals is extremely proud to have established this partnership with Kyowa Kirin, which shall allow INTAS to materialize our first-ever application in Japan
The regulatory process shall also lead to the obtention of the Accreditation Foreign Manufacture from Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, to INTAS PHARMEZ site, which shall enable INTAS to manufacture and deliver products to the extremely demanding Japanese pharmaceutical market.
