| General Description: Artwork Coordinator Artworks Coordinator, coordinates regular Third Party Artwork development activities between involved customer and Intas production and supply teams. Supports Artwork Controller to track and monitor the status of each packaging component along the ArtWork development process. Specific Job Responsibilities: AWCR coordinates regular Third Party Artwork development activities between involved customer and Intas production and supply teams. Supports Artwork Controller to track and monitorize the status of each packaging component along the AW development process, till the final approval from both Third Party and Intas production. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. To collect and provide clear and accurate starting information to partners of both client and Intas side concerned with a new artwork development or version change. 2. To coordinate with client’s artwork studio and Intas Packaging Development team the packaging die cuts requests and technical approval of the layouts from Third Parties for new launches or approved version changes. 3. To properly identify packaging components and request internal SAP packaging codes to production team in India (Karomi Platform) 4. To include the packaging coding information into the Third Party AW Overview for internal Supply management. 5. To permanently update each component artwork status on the process in the Third Party AW Overview for internal Supply management. 6. To forward technical approvals or comments on the layouts from PD to the clients and request from them the source files for proof preparation in Intas Studio (Karomi Platform) 7. To coordinate between client’s Studio and Intas Studio the source file exchange and to prepare the internal proof request to Intas Studio as per standard form (Karomi Platform) 8. To Follow-up the proofs internal status till the release form QA and to submit them to the client’s for approval. To forward final signed file to Intas QA and inform all concerned whenever an artwork process has been completed (Karomi Platform) 9. To control and track lead times and incidences during the Aw development process to avoid delays and to evaluate internal management with periodical reports. 10. To keep records in our data base of all the Artwork files signed by clients and in use. 11. To Coordinate with each Marketing Coordinator in India the PO status and the stocks of obsolete printed materials for destruction whenever there is a version change request from Third Party. 12. To prepare the quotations to clients with any extra cost for Development and Implementation of new packaging versions and to inform them accordingly. 13. To register and track the status of the AW quotations in the Third Party Quotations Overview. 14. To forward the approved AW quotations to the Marketing Coordinator and Invoicing department in India. 15. To follow up all communications and open issues both on client and on Intas side through the Outlook, Newton, Karomi platforms in order to grant regular lead times are achieved during each step of the AW development process. Ability to support our relevant internal teams with external client and be an external “face” for the Supply and Production department on what concerns with the packaging artworks. 2. Experience in production, logistics and Supply Chain management. 3. Working knowledge on Pharmaceutical Packaging control, regulation and approvals in European markets. 4. Production awareness and experience of input to technical due diligence processes would be advantageous. Relevant Professional / Educational Background: 1. Experience in Customer Service departments 2. Business and production awareness combined with commercial focus 3. Experience of working independently and as part of a team 4. Experience of working across multiple time zone and in global business cultures (particularly Europe and India) Must have knowledge of: 1. Guidelines on market labelling of medicinal products for human use in European markets 2. General overview on development, registration, manufacturing and supply of pharmaceutical generic products. 3. Ideally have experience of the licensing, contract manufacturing and regulatory environment associated with generic pharmaceuticals. Other requirements: Clear and accurate with instructions, organized and systematic with the procedures and capable to maintain data bases including a wide range of information. |
